Working with Angry Clients

Working with angry and aggressive people can take it’s toll both mentally and physically. On one really want’s to be around an angry person, but in the course of our work, it is often unavoidable. When the inevitable happens, it is crucial that we have the resourses to deal with angry situations in a helpful and meaningful way.

Our one day “Staying Cool Under Fire” programme focuses on supporting staff members who work with angry clients or family members who have to deal with aggression at home. The programme is psycho-educational, experiential, innformative, interactive and teaches participants specific techniques to help them stay cool under fire.
