IaAM’s counselling and psychotherapy service is committed to and works to the highest professional standards using only highly trained and dedicated professionals. We adhere to both IACP and BACP’s Code of Ethics and Practice.

This service provides individual one to one counselling/psychotherapy and anger management, for those who have difficulty managing their feelings/anger and would feel compromised in a group or public setting.

Our counselling and psychotherapy service enables individuals to learn how to effectively communicate their needs and learn new appropriate expressions of a range of feelings, including anger. IaAM provides a private, confidential service in a warm, comfortable and safe therapeutic environment that allows our clients to address fully their anger and other related issues.

This service is particularly useful for those in the public eye or who would find it difficult to work in a group setting.

Cost: £110/120 Euro per hour (payable in advance)

Duration: Minimum 10 weeks at two hours per session
